Therapy Services
01.
I offer individual therapy sessions tailored to address the specific emotional needs of adolescents, parents and families. Through a client-centered approach, I provide a safe and supportive environment to explore and work through personal challenges. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed and tailored to each client's unique needs.
Individual therapy can be helpful for clients navigating family or relational difficulties, managing anxiety or mood concerns, or seeking clarity during times of change. The goal is to support meaningful progress while fostering a sense of stability, confidence, and well-being.

02.
I provide family therapy services to support families involved in high-conflict situations, custody matters or periods of significant transition. Treatment is grounded in a structured, clinically sound approach that prioritizes emotional safety, effective communication, and the best interests of the child.
Sessions focus on identifying maladaptive interaction patterns, reducing conflict, and helping family members develop healthier ways of relating to one another. Services may be provided to intact families, separated or divorced parents, and blended families, and may include parent guidance when clinically appropriate.

03.
Family Reunification Therapy is used for cases involving disrupted or suspended parent-child contact, estrangement or court-involved family systems. Reunification services are provided using a developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and child-centered framework, with careful attention to pacing, boundaries and emotional readiness.

Reunification therapy may include individual sessions, parent guidance, and joint sessions, depending on clinical need and court parameters. When appropriate and with specific consents signed, I collaborate with attorneys, law guardians (ACA), forensic evaluators, guardians at litem, and child welfare agencies to support a coordinated and clinically appropriate reunification process. Services may be provided pursuant to court order or by private referral.

Parenting is hard and no one gives you a manual - especially when your child has big emotions, challenging behaviors or is dealing with a recent trauma or family separation. I work with parents to better understand their child's emotional and developmental needs, strengthen attachment, and learn practical strategies that support safety, consistency and emotional growth.
C0-parenting can be challenging, particularly during or after separation, divorce or high-conflict situations. Co-parent support provides a structured, neutral space to help parents reduce conflict, improve communication and focus on the child's emotional well-being.
The goal for co-parent support is not for reconciliation, but cooperation. This service may be especially helpful for families navigating court involvement or working toward sustainable co-parenting arrangements.
